Overview
"Invalid credentials" error:
• Check email and password for typos
• Ensure Caps Lock is off
• Try the "Forgot Password" link
"Account deactivated" message:
• Your account has been deactivated
• Contact support to reactivate
Page not loading:
• Clear browser cache and cookies
• Try a different browser
• Check your internet connection
• Try incognito/private browsing mode

Step by Step Guide
Step 1: Double-check email and password
Make sure the email address is typed correctly (no trailing spaces, correct domain). Passwords are case-sensitive. Try typing in Notepad first to avoid hidden characters.
Step 2: Use Forgot Password to reset
On the login page click Forgot Password, enter your email, and check your inbox for the reset link. Check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it within 2 minutes.
Step 3: Clear browser cache and cookies
Stale session cookies can block login. Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete in Chrome/Firefox, select All Time, tick Cookies and Cached Images, and clear them. Then try logging in again.
Step 4: Try incognito / private browsing mode
Open an incognito window (Ctrl+Shift+N in Chrome). Go to signmitra.com and log in. If it works in incognito, a browser extension is causing the issue — disable extensions.
Step 5: Contact support if account is locked
After multiple failed attempts your account may be temporarily locked. WhatsApp or email support@signmitra.com with your registered email address and we will unlock it within minutes.
